What we are

Not a fund. Not an accelerator. Not a consultancy.

ITC is Africa's catalytic technical deployment arm. The closest reference model is India's iSPIRT — a technical special forces unit that built India's Digital Public Infrastructure stack. We are building the equivalent institutional muscle for Africa.

Africa doesn't have an innovation problem. It has a deployment problem. The binding constraints — in agriculture, health, trade, governance — are not solved by more strategy documents or feasibility reports. They are solved by working technology, deployed inside real institutional environments, with proof that can trigger 10x follow-on action from those with greater reach and capital.

What ITC is not

ITC does not exist to move capital. It exists to deploy technology.

❌ An accelerator

ITC does not find or grow startups for their own sake. It mobilises innovators for specific deployment missions.

❌ A consultancy

ITC does not write reports. It builds and deploys working systems.

❌ A development agency

ITC does not deliver programmes. It breaks bottlenecks so that programmes can work.
